Set up your FAQ's
The frequently asked questions, as the name says, are the most common doubts that travelers contact us before booking a guruwalk, and to make the selection process easier, this section is now available in the tour profile, so they can book immediately, having all their doubts answered on the same page.
Follow these steps to set them up 👇. If you have multiple tours, you must do this process for each one.
1) In your profile, go to "My tours"
2) Click on "Edit"
3) Go to "Frequently Asked Questions", select Yes or No, in the ones you consider that apply to your tour.
4) Click on "Save"
When you save them, they will appear in your profile under the meeting point section, like this:
Large groups (PRO accounts)
By default, large groups are not allowed, but if you want to receive more than 6 people per booking on your tour, you can activate this option by following these steps.
Important: When a traveler tries to book for more than 6 people, a message will appear to explain that the guru expects a fair payment at the end of the tour. It's an extra step we added in this situation of large groups, so travelers value the work of the guru and understand that more people imply a bigger payment at the end of the experience. The traveler has to accept it in order to finish the booking process.
Steps to activate "Large groups by booking".
1. Go to your tour page
2. Select "Edit tour".
3. Go to "Availability"
4. In the section "Maximum number of walkers per booking" you can modify from 6 pax up to the limit you have set in "Maximum walkers per event", it is already considered a group if you choose 7 pax, and it will be activated in the FAQ section if you accept groups.
