Travelers can book your tour until the last second before the tour start time. This can cause problems since perhaps you did not receive a booking before, you were not aware of this new booking with enough time, and you don’t show up at the meeting point.
That is why you can define the minimum time for the first traveler to book the tour. It can be one hour before, 12 hours before the starting time of the tour, ... you decide. Once this time has passed and if no bookings have entered, this event will be automatically blocked and no one will be able to book it.
NOTE: If you've already had at least one booking, the event will remain open until the last second, so that more people can book it.
The maximum limit is 12 hours. More than that, you could miss out on receiving a lot of bookings.
How to set the limit?
To set this limit, you have to click on "My Tours", and then you will see the tour that interests you (if you have several). You must click on “Edit” to access the editing panel of the tour information.
Then you have to select "Availability" at the end of the list. You can then go to the section that interests you via a drop-down list. (On the laptop, the menu with the sections may be on the left side of your webpage)
There you'll find "Block events without prior bookings" to set how many hours in advance the event will be blocked if you did not receive a booking.
Important! Do not forget to click on "Save", otherwise the change will not be effective.
