You have 72 hours to tell us the no-shows from the bookings of a past event.
Once the tour has started, you will be able to modify each event in your past bookings, which you can view here.
1) Look for the event where you need to indicate the no shows
2) Click on "Manage event" to see the bookings information
3) Where it says "Attendees" you can modify the number to rectify how many travelers didn't show from that booking. Similarly, if more people arrive than were initially indicated in the booking, you may change whether, for example, instead of 1 person, 3 people came on the tour.
Important Change:
-Automatic credit Refund: You only have to click on "Send and update attendees" when you have already made the changes in step 3, and you want to receive your refund immediately.
-Refunds after 72 hrs: You can always modify the attendees without sending them, and they will be saved until 72 hrs have passed and the system will automatically return the credits.
The moment you click on "send and update attendees" or the 72 hour deadline is reached, "Closed event" will appear, and it will no longer be possible to modify the attendees of the event.
